Titanium True Axle Linkage Bolt Kit for Surron Light Bee

Machined from Grade 5 Titanium (Ti-6Al-4V) bolt set—designed to reduce play and bearing wear from your rear linkage system.

The stock setup uses 4x standard M8 bolts to connect the rear shock, link, and triangle. These bolts go directly through bearing sleeves, causing the sleeves to ride on threads rather than a smooth surface. This causes unwanted play because the threaded portion of the bolt is smaller in diameter than the inner diameter of the bearing sleeve. In addition, the threads gradually dig into the sleeve over time, creating grooves that increase tolerance and accelerate wear.

These custom bolts fix that completely by having tight-tolerance smooth shafts that go through the bearing sleeves perfectly, reducing play and creating a true load-bearing surface. The threads start only at the end after clearing the bearing interface.
