Our CNC machined swingarm combines structural integrity, functional innovation, and jaw-dropping looks into one ultra-premium package. It’s 20mm longer than stock — just the right stretch for optimal stability, tire clearance, and handling without compromising the bike’s nimble geometry like many extended arms on the market. And at only 2.9kg, it’s impressively lightweight for such a beefy design — far less than many bulky alternatives — giving you strength without the unnecessary weight penalty while keeping unsprung weight to a minimum.

📏 20mm Extension – A 20mm stretch that gives you increased stability and space for larger tires — without compromising the Light Bee’s signature sharp handling, unlike oversized 50–100mm extensions.

💪 Oversized 5001-2RS Bearings – We swapped the four small 6000-series bearings for two robust 5001-2RS bearings — smartly mounted to make bearing replacement simple and frustration-free.

🔒 Anti-Theft Jackshaft Lock System – We developed a totally unique wheel-locking system that locks the rear wheel from the jackshaft — adding a discreet layer of theft protection built right into the drivetrain.

Convenience Upgrades:

🧩 A built-in bearing interface keeps the jackshaft locked in place inside the swingarm, letting you install both as one unit. Just set the swingarm into the frame and slide in the axle — no need to hold and align everything separately like with the stock setup.

🔧 We moved the belt guard mounting holes to the outside, so you can install it easily without struggling to reach hidden screws like on the stock setup.

🗜️ We added an integrated brake hose clamp on the inner wall of the swingarm for a cleaner look.

Optional Add-ons:

🔩 Titanium T-Head Axle & Blocks Kit – our T-head axle eliminates the need for an allen wrench on the opposite side of the nut during wheel removal. Precision-machined axle blocks slot securely into dedicated grooves on the swingarm, staying firmly in place even when the axle is removed. This prevents them from falling out or shifting, preserving exact wheel distance and alignment for hassle-free reinstallation.

➰ Emergency Primary Belt Clip – Oh snap! Belt broken? No problem. With our add-on Belt Magazine, a spare belt is always pre-looped around your jackshaft, ready to go. Swap it in no time and keep riding — no need to tear down half your bike mid-ride.

➡️ 7mm Chain Offset Kit – Wide dirt tires on the Light Bee usually mean chain rub — even with standard 4mm chain offset kits. Our unique 7mm offset is made possible by the combination of our swingarm’s revised geometry and this custom kit, letting most off-road tires fit without rubbing, trimming knobs, or dishing the wheel.

🎨 Custom Side Plates – Customize your swingarm’s look with a set of four interchangeable side panels — two on each side — that give your setup a sick look. Available in real forged carbon, real twill weave carbon, black acrylic, or laser engraved clear/black acrylic to suit your style.
